Job Description
We are recruiting for a crucial Customer Service Executive position within our Background Checking team, based in our Nottingham office. You will work as part of a team to continue to grow both your customer service and administration skills, and start a career path that offers fantastic career progression and learning opportunities.
You will have excellent customer service experience, which you will combine with outstanding communication skills to support our clients and customers throughout their employment screening journey.
You will conduct several of the component parts of the employment screening process, which will allow you to build your confidence and understanding of multiple screening methods including contacting clients, candidates and referees by telephone, email and live chat to gain required information. Working with your team, you will make decisions by using data to solve problems.
