Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of a client, a leading care provider to adults with learning disabilities and associated conditions, who are looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to cover care services across the Bedfordshire, Kent, and Swindon areas.
Working closely with the Operations Managers and Services Managers, you will be responsible for the monitoring and implementing of person centred and quality improvement throughout designated services.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct compliance checks across sites to ensure the people are engaging in meaningful activities, enjoying fulfilling lives, and receiving the highest standards of care.
* Monitor and improve service quality, ensuring staff adhere to processes and risk management protocols.
* Support and guide managers to enhance documentation, ensuring accurate records and achieving measurable outcomes for the people we support.
* Develop and maintain robust systems that uphold safety, accountability, and compliance with health and social care regulations.
* Work closely with a diverse workforce, offering training and support to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
* Undertaking Quality Reviews in line with CQC requirements and creating of robust reports.
* To lead on safeguarding investigations, working with operational and human resources teams to produce accurate reports.
For this role, we require an experienced Quality Assurance Manager, with a thorough understanding of learning disability care services, and CQC governance. Ideally, you will need to hold, or be working towards the, Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, or similar.
