Salary: Up to £22 per hour (Paid Breaks, Depending on Experience)
Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our caring team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with general nursing needs, physical disabilities, and dementia.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing, ensuring any changes are reported and documented.
4. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the care team.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
6. Support and supervise care assistants, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
8. Participate in training and development activities to maintain and enhance professional skills.
Requirements:
1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
2. Current and valid NMC registration.
3. Previous experience in a similar setting, preferably working with the elderly, those with physical disabilities, and dementia.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
