Role Summary: The Senior Wells Supplier Collaboration Lead acts as a key integrator facilitating strategic alignment between bp and its suppliers while at the same time ensuring internal alignment between bp Regional business needs, Wells Sector Strategies, and Digital/Technology projects. Key Accountabilities: Continuously fosters a culture founded in proactive communication, transparency, consistency, and knowledge sharing, to strengthen long-term partnerships between bp and its strategic suppliers. Establishes a regular cadence of meetings with bp account members from our supplier base. Works with members of the bp leadership and strategic supplier executives to formalise annual strategic business review meetings and help facilitate the progression of meeting outcomes/commitments. Supports other Wells ConneXus team members dealing with knowledge cases and lessons learned and promotes the embedment of supplier best practice Assists our Wells Procurement team to develop contracts that hold suppliers accountable for continuous improvement in quality, cost and delivery performance via the use of clearly defined targets and supplier key performance metrics. Supports the Wells Senior Advisers to ensure Supplier engagement with respect to our allocated Priority Wells as per the Priority Wells Governance guidelines Reviews and modifies the collaborative organisation and governance structure to ensure it reflects the needs of the current Wells organisational structure/strategy. Leverages digital applications to identify improvement areas for suppliers and highlight performance trends and opportunities. Represents the Wells Discipline as a P&O Contractor Management Steering Group (CMSG) Enabler to support our pool of Supplier Account Managers (SAMs) & Contract Account Managers (CAMs) deliver the Safety, Performance & Cost Efficiency agenda. Helps other members of the Wells & Technology disciplines to clearly define the scope of collaboration initiatives, joint objectives and develop a compelling business case for both parties. Essential Education: Degree or Masters in relevant area or equivalent experience Essential Experience and Job Requirements: Significant knowledge of well planning and operations through the lifecycle of the well. Experience working with contractors and suppliers, forming collaborative relationships to develop solutions which benefit all parties. Ability to translate customers needs and wants into supplier delivery. Performance management of suppliers and contractors.
