We are looking for a pension administrator to join a welcoming team in based in Crawley.
You will be supporting with day-to-day pension administration including transfer requests, account updates, document validation, and defined benefit calculations.
What you’ll be doing as a Pension Administrator:
Taking ownership of a pipeline of cases to assist scheme members looking to transfer to a new pension provider.
Reviewing all relevant data available on the client’s internal system
Running automated calculations and performing manual benefit calculations.
What we’re looking for in a Pension Administrator:
Knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes.
Experience working for a pension provider completing transfers and equivalent administration.
Strong attention to detail and confidence with calculations.
Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams.
Good communication skills.
Experience supporting vulnerable customers.
Comfortable commuting to Crawley.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm.
Location: Crawley – 3 days a week on site and 2 from home after training is completed.
Parking: Yes
Contract: 2-3 months with possibility to extend.
Training: 5 days a week on site for the first 2-3 weeks.
