Main duties of the job The post holder will receive support from the Adult MSK Physiotherapy Manager and the MSK Team Leads, as well as profession specific support as agreed locally. The post holder will be required to provide Physiotherapy assessments and interventions to the local community (aged 16 ). They will involve screening and prioritising of referrals and workload daily, delegation and assignment of work and management of a caseload of clients. The post holder will also provide support to the other members of the outpatient team including clinical supervision to Band 5/6 Physiotherapist where appropriate. Where appropriate the post holder will be responsible for representing Physiotherapy team at relevant meetings. The post holder will be expected to contribute to projects and developments taking forward Physiotherapy within the county as appropriate.
