Our client is a leading global player within the investment management space. They are looking to recruit a Senior Digital Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
1. Manage the entire web estate from a content and governance perspective
2. Work with the Head of Digital Experience in strategy definition and key projects
3. Lead a team
4. Drive departmental efforts around different digital engagement channels
5. Provide best practice guidance to regional marketing teams
6. Own the relationship with the SEO agency
7. Represent the digital experience team in product and proposition marketing initiatives
8. Lead collaboration with external agencies to design effective user journeys whilst adhering to brand guidelines
9. Feed into the overall analytics strategy which provides meaningful reporting
10. Guide your team in gaining insight through data analysis to improve the digital experience
11. Work in tandem with the website product owner
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will meet the following credentials:
1. Previous experience in digital marketing within asset management is essential
2. Experience designing and implementing best in class digital communication
3. Solid experience of the use of a headless CMS
4. Experience of implementing data usage as standard practice to inform digital experience design or improvement
5. Solid experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, SessionCam etc
6. Experience defining an SEO strategy
7. Comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders clearly and concisely, both written and face to face
8. A creative thinker who can work on their own initiative
9. Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
10. Line management experience is highly advantageous
