V-Recruit are currently recruiting for a Administrator to work within the Fleet & Transport department of a Goldthorpe-based company
Duties to include working alongside the Fleet team, completing general administrative tasks, to assist with the smooth running of the department. Some of your duties may include things like filing, photocopying, maintaining driver and transport records and carrying out compliance checks, managing driver authorisations, data input, taking telephone calls and managing email inboxes.
£12 per hour
36.25 hours per week, working Monday - Friday office hours. Potential early finish on Fridays
Minimum 3 month contract, but with potential to be extended
The right candidates must come from a strong administrative background and be able to pick up new processes and tasks quickly.
