We’re looking for an ambitious UpsellSales Consultant to join our existing team who operate with customers all over Europe, United States and Australia. The Role: The Upsell Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing account value by recommending additional products, services, or features that align with the customer’s evolving needs Accountabilities Key Tasks: Through outreach campaigns, speak to our existing customer base to engage with the platform and upsell ENP Products, Apps and New Hardware. Be at the forefront of our product launches, championing the new products/apps and educating our customer base on the new launches. Work closely with the KYC Team and Sales Team to ensure any issues discovered when communicating with customers are resolved. Liaise with KYC Team to ensure existing customer ENP purchases are completed smoothly, and book the integration call with the Integrations Team. Work inbound calls, dial lists, reports and live chat to engage with customers. Perform consistently within the green bracket or higher against the Performance Measures. Respond to inbound leads submitted via the customers back office, app store and/or hardware store. Predominantly outreach to our existing customer base to upgrade their solution to the latest hardware and to Epos Now Payments (ENP) Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay informed about the latest product updates, features, and service offerings to provide relevant recommendations to customers. Educate customers about the benefits of new offerings, demonstrating how they complement or enhance their current solutions. Sales Process and Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities, tracking progress and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for upselling, including outreach campaigns, demos, and presentations to key decision-makers. Work collaboratively with other sales consultants, product teams, and marketing to tailor solutions that meet customer needs Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on upsell performance, including closed deals, pipeline status, and key metrics. Analyse trends in customer behaviour to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement. Customer Retention: Ensure upsell offerings provide clear, tangible benefits to customers to foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in reducing churn by addressing potential concerns proactively and positioning additional solutions that align with customer goals.
