We're now looking for a Production/Project Manager, with a proven track record in all aspects of Event Production to join our small but mighty agency based in Salford Quays, just outside Manchester City Centre.
Job Description:
As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, a strong leader, and possess diverse experience in the AV industry, along with a solid understanding of live event production technologies. This role could be perfect for an experienced technician looking to advance their career, or an existing project manager seeking new challenges. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and perform well under pressure. Teamwork is essential to the Marick culture. We all work together to achieve shared goals, and our dedicated team is the reason our clients return year after year.
In this role you’ll work on a variety of exciting events projects for renowned corporate brands. You’ll be responsible for leading events production activities for Marick, working alongside our production team to deliver engaging and memorable experiences. You’ll often be required to work on multiple projects at the same time so you must be highly organised and able to manage a workload to tight deadlines accurately and always with attention to detail.

Requirements
· Minimum 5 years’ experience gained within the events industry.
· Experience and understanding of the event industry and latest technical equipment and software
· Providing creative ideas and designs for clients.
· Preparing quotes, proposals and managing budgets.
· Working as part of our team and overseeing projects of all sizes from initial brief to completion.
· Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas and concepts to the table.
· Flexibility to work on-site or remotely, depending on the project requirements.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking direction and feedback effectively.
· Experience of managing clients, event related suppliers, freelancers and other third parties.
· Identifying new business opportunities.
· Working at various venues across the UK
· Full UK Driving Licence and own transport desirable.
