This role can be London or Warrington based. The Role As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have a hands-on role in shaping our commercial strategies and supporting the transition to a more commercially aligned way of working, in line with evolving client & tenant delivery landscapes. You will be responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial delivery aspects, ensuring compliance with PFI agreements and statutory obligations, and will act as the primary interface with construction companies, tenants and other key stakeholders to address and resolve commercial challenges, including latent defects and unavailability claims. You will leverage your expertise to lead governance initiatives across compliance and supply chain teams to ensure robust processes are in place to protect the business, and monitor & address Service Failure Point (SFP) breaches and unavailability risks, developing proactive measures to minimise financial and reputational exposure. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in guiding & supporting the team in delivering excellence and customer satisfaction. You will possess exceptional communication skills and be able to articulate & implement commercial strategies, and you will be passionate about fostering long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders. You must have at least 5 years' proven experience delivering hard FM services within a performance-driven regime, ideally in a healthcare setting, and have a strong background in facilities management. You will be able to comfortably demonstrate that you have a comprehensive understanding of PFI/PPP contractual frameworks and obligations, commercial contracts including JCT and NEC Contracts, and experience managing commercial challenges, including unavailability claims, latent defects, and pay mechanisms. You will have Degree-level education in a relevant construction or mechanical discipline and hold or be working towards a professional membership, such as IWFM or similar.
