About the School:
Our client, an Ofsted 'good' rated specialist provision, is seeking an enthusiastic Sports Coach to join their team. The school offers a full national curriculum, including the early years foundation stage, and a variety of different pathways including Unit Award Schemes to GCSEs and BTEC qualifications. With strong community links with the local sixth form, this school prides itself on offering a child-centred learning approach that considers each child's interests, needs, learning pace, and style.
Responsibilities:
1. Support students on both a small group and 1:1 basis.
2. Provide tailored support for students requiring assistance.
3. Engage students in sports activities and promote physical education.
Qualifications:
1. Passionate and nurturing attitude towards working with children.
2. Understanding of Autism is beneficial but not essential.
3. Resourceful and adaptable approach to teaching.
