Madisons Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a contract basis for 4-6 weeks with a client of ours based in Stockport, Cheshire.
Start Date: Monday 5th May 2025
Duties:
* Answering phone calls
* Taking payments/chasing money owed
* Credit notes
* Reconciling
* Filing
* Working with the directors/HR
* A good working knowledge of Sage 50 Account
* Processing Sales Orders on Sage
* Processing Purchase Orders on Sage
* Processing card payments
* Assisting the sales team
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Further information:
* Administration/Accounts experience required
* 8am – 4:45pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm on Fridays
* Monday to Friday
* 4-6 week contract
* Weekly pay
