Job Description: Job Description Aruba Edge Campus Networking UKI - Enterprise Sales Intern Support to Aruba Enterprise Sales Team: The Enterprise Sales Intern has the opportunity to support the wider Enterprise SalesTeam in enabling their end user Customers and Partners within the Intelligent Edge Networking market. This is a Sales Support role but is very varied; with day-to-day activities including reporting and analysing data, arranging events and communicating with the wider team. Reporting: Reports are a large part of this Sales Support role and producing clear and concise reports; perhaps with effective analysis, is vital to support the Enterprise Sales Team. CSIS and Power BI are used on a daily basis in order to facilitate reporting within the Sales Team. Excel: Sellout reports are produced daily to ensure members of the sales team are able to track their deals. Pivot Tables are also used regularly to summarise large data sets. Communications: Prepare and participate in bi-weekly forecast calls to ensure the forecasts are accurate for the Sales Team. Organise team meetings to discuss relevant and important business once a month. Autonomy over various projects to get the most of being an Intern in Aruba. Marketing: Opportunity to use ECP to produce professional information within emails to be distributed to partners. CenterPoint can be used to create effective and polished events; mainly for contacts outside the organisation. Event Calendar is also used in these cases to ensure successful events are coordinated punctually. Extra: Assist the Head of Enterprise Sales with forecasting and SFDC. This also applies to members of the Sales Team; as this is restricted to only their deals. Integration with other Aruba interns – cross role systems support for holiday back up to develop more knowledge across the organisation. Help to manage one off events and focus sales days. Opportunities for development: Customer meetings – visits to clients and partners for sales meetings & partner reviews. Aruba Improvement Plan – help the leadership team to develop and build upon the strengths of our business by identifying areas we can improve Support for customers sales events – internally and externally. Involvement in the UK Aruba Instant On growth plan. HPE intern programme activities - Early career committee, Charity events, Employee networks, Bracknell Office activities. This can also help enable interns’ to develop a network throughout the HPE organisation. Sales readiness optional training programme. Key learning framework : On boarding to understand Aruba strategy and key propositions. Deliver presentation back to management team within 90 days. September 2020.
