We’re hiring Due to success within our respective markets over the last 12 months, we’re now on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-expanding team based from Preston City Centre. Apricus Resourcing was formed in 2022, since then we’ve gone onto work with some of the UK’s leading providers within their spaces including council authorities, private healthcare organisations, charities, NHS trusts & many more. We work within the Health, Social, Criminal Justice & Education sectors and have made excellent progress over the last 12 months. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, resilient individual who has a proven track record within recruitment/sales, ideally you’ll have prior experience in running a temporary market but this is by no means essential. You will also need a desire to set targets and consistently hit them along with a positive can do attitude, even when things may not be going your way. The Role You’ll be working within an experienced team that will help you settle in quickly, full induciton/training will be given to the succesful candidate. Genuine first year OTE is between £35,000 - £40,000 with year 2 being closer to £55,000 & year 3 £65,000 Within your position as a Recruitment Consultant you’ll be sourcing and finding candidates using various techniques, you will have access to a major job board along with a CRM that’s full of active candidates. You’ll be working in a 360 role so you’ll be managing the full recruitment process liaising with both managers and candidates, closing deals and following up to ensure all is running smoothly. We take great pride of the relationships we’ve managed to establish so it’s important you’re able to build your own relationships with new clients/contacts.
