Role Description
This is a part-time OR full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Hartford Advisers. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and conducting research. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant will assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience in conducting research and data analysis
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
