Our centres focus on local communities, helping local pets. What’s the role? Your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres, ensuring customers have a great experience that drives loyalty. Store Colleagues are essential to our business, responsible for exceeding customer expectations, maintaining high standards of pet care and operations, and building strong relationships. Who are we looking for? People passionate about delivering great service. Flexible with the ability to work shifts across 7 days a week; minimum contract of 16 hours, often more during busy periods. Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment. Ready to undergo 6 months of training on pet care, customer service, and health and safety.
