Purpose: This role will be pivotal in ensuring an outstanding candidate experience by working collaboratively with a team of Internal Recruiters to source, engage and onbaord top talent. You will play a key role in building and nurturing talent pipelines whilst representing and promoting the Centum employer brand. Key Requirements: As a Recruitment Coordinator your communication skills and attention to detail will be essential as you manage social media communication, screen applications, proactively build talent pools, maintain recruitment database, process compliance and provide accurate recruitment data to Head of Department. ROLE OVERVIEW Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Leverage sourcing tools, social media channels, and job boards to attract and engage top-tier talent. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, delivering quality shortlists for specialist and volume roles across multiple projects. Serve as the primary contact for candidate interactions, managing social media responses, CV submissions, and job board applications ensuring all activities are completed within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Recruitment Process Management: Perform end-to-end administrative duties in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with best practices and adherence to European employment legislation. Support seamless onboarding processes through comprehensive administrative support and strict compliance with policies and procedures. Candidate Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles. Provide detailed and high-quality shortlists to internal recruitment consultants. Data and System Management: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal recruitment systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Maintain accurate talent acquisition documentation to provide regular reports to teams and management. Strategic Communication and Relationship Building: Develop tailored recruitment communication strategies to engage candidates effectively. Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance the overall candidate experience. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities meet compliance standards and company policies. Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and performance to inform decision-making. Key Skills & Experience Experience in managing a variety of communication channels, including social media, to effectively engage candidates and promote the employer brand. Experience in using and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and leveraging system capabilities to enhance recruitment efficiency. Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment or HR environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload independently, ensuring deadlines are met. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
