Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
2. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
3. Analytics: Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using data to inform decision-making.
Who You Are:
1. Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
3. Skills:
1. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, etc.).
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience in leading and developing a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
