You will be answering enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer journey. The ideal candidate will be numerate, friendly, and eager to engage with customers. Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and handling a mixture of queries, including procurement, finance, and sales. Taking sales enquiries, gathering information, and passing it on to the team. Managing the customer journey, including updating customers on delivery times, arranging shipping, and handling queries, complaints, and returns. Using SAP for customer management (experience with SAP is ideal but not required). Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Experience in customer service, retail, or front-of-house roles. Strong numeracy skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
