Five main role responsibilities:
* To maintain and set up Customer Master Data records adhering to group guidelines. Creating and changing Sub-debtor accounts and liaising with the sales force when required.
* To credit check prospective new customers and respond within timelines.
* To post payments via FEBAN and allocate payments to Customer accounts. To liaise with the team regarding unposted payments.
* Credit monitoring and making changes to Customer accounts when required.
* Ad-hoc reporting and administration duties to support wider team when required.
Your profile:
* Credit/Finance Administration background.
* Excellent communication skills via email and telephone.
* Intermediate Excel Skills.
* Strong investigative skills.
* Knowledge of SAP is desirable but full training will be provided.
