This position is in Avonmouth and is a fixed-term contract for 4 months only, the salary equivalent is £24,500 per annum.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.15pm

Making outbound calls to existing clients and checking their details are correct on the internal system
Identifying and addressing outdated financial information for key accounts and credit customers
Merging duplicate accounts where appropriate
Generating reports and maintaining data
Completing additional administrative tasksKey Skills and Experience of an Administrator:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone
Previous experience in data entry and management is preferred
Proficiency in using spreadsheets is required
