We are currently working with a top 10 independant global insurance broker who are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to specialise in Professional Indemnity Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in professional indemnity products.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Divisional Director to support team objectives, manage the client lifecycle, and create tailored insurance proposals that meet clients’ needs. Additionally, you will negotiate contract terms, collaborate with the underwriting team, and stay informed about market trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
The successful candidate will have experience in Financial Lines or D&O Insurance, a CII qualification (or willingness to work towards it), and a full UK drivers’ licence. A client-led approach and the ability to work independently and flexibly to achieve targets are essential.
