What You’ll Be Doing: Support Excellence: Assist the Support Services Manager in completing and submitting requests and returns for all clients within the Client Manager’s portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met. Efficient Operations: Perform all tasks in a timely and professional manner, planning and executing assignments efficiently. Streamline Processes: Work closely with fee earners to continually improve and streamline job requirements. Administrative Support: Provide crucial support to the wider business, including managing outgoing correspondence via email, letter, or OpenSpace. Professional Communication: Handle overflow phone calls promptly and professionally. Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation to meet departmental goals. Team Collaboration: Support the broader Support Services Team as needed, including covering reception, greeting clients, and providing refreshments. Business Development: Participate in business development events and represent the organisation as required. Versatile Duties: Undertake any other duties as requested by the Directors or delegated authorities. What Our Client is Looking For: Experience: Previous office administration experience. Tech-Savvy: Thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft packages; experience with a case management system is a plus. Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
