Our client is offering an exciting and dynamic office-based role, perfect for a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills and a thorough understanding of one or more shopping channels such as eBay, OnBuy, or Amazon.
As part of their Customer Services team at their Chorley HQ, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries related to products and order deliveries via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Enthusiastic and dynamic individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Full understanding of one or more online shopping channels such as eBay, OnBuy, or Amazon.
* Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
* Proficient in PC use, particularly email software.
* Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Experience in an office environment performing customer service/administrative tasks is preferred.
* Interest and understanding of the home furniture market.
What will your role look like?
* Responding to product and order delivery enquiries from customers via telephone and email.
* Learning about product ranges with full support and training provided.
* Completing administrative tasks to report on Customer Service issues to the wider business.
* Working within the Customer Services team.
* Identifying common customer issues and providing feedback for improvement.
* Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required.
