About the Role: Residential Home Manager As the Residential Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home while meeting all legislative and contractual requirements. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care that addresses the health, education, and overall development of the young people under your supervision. Key Responsibilities Uphold the Home's Mission and Values: Maintain and promote the home's values as outlined in its Statement of Purpose. This includes coaching, supporting, and developing a high-performing team through regular supervision and guidance. Staff Management and Development: Identify staffing needs, oversee recruitment, and facilitate the training and development of team members to meet service standards effectively. Conduct regular supervisions, team meetings, and probation reviews, and handle staff concerns or investigations as necessary. Collaborative Working: Work closely with other departments and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for the young people. This includes implementing tailored plans and support systems to assist in their rehabilitation and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
