This role is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying for NVQ Level 2/3. Apprentices should note that the salary would be Agenda for Change Annex 21 trainee rate (75% max of band) until they have completed their apprenticeship.

Medical Education is an integral part of Barnsley NHS FT. Medical Education works to ensure that students, trainees, and medical staff are supported in delivering safe and efficient patient care through quality placements.
The department is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering a range of high-quality and cost-effective medical educational services within the Trust to specifications required by the General Medical Council, Health Education England, Yorkshire and Humber, Sheffield Medical School, and the Trust's Strategic and Operational Framework.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide administrative support to the whole Medical Education Team. This will include the monitoring of completion of trust mandatory training by medics, assisting with inductions, and the issue and collation of feedback to ensure quality placements within the trust.
