We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Executive to join a luxury fashion wholesale agency.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, commercially minded and proactive. Wholesale Sales Executive reporting into the director, this role will be responsible for sales development, account management and customer service support across a mix of premium luxury brands within wholesale.
Job Description
* Key contact for all brands and fully supporting all UK and international accounts.
* Managing showroom and digital selling appointments, presenting and selling new collections to buyers.
* General selling admin including appointment scheduling/diary management, creating mailers to lookbook and linesheet send out.
* Order entry with 100% accuracy using internal sales tools, chase and confirm orders efficiently during selling season.
* Assisting with showroom sample set up and making sure the showroom is in a presentable manner to welcome customers.
* Addressing wholesale customer queries and needs effectively and efficiently, acting with urgency to deliver results.
* Analysing brand performance and tracking sales objectives.
* Maintaining and updating B2B sales tools, customer database and sales reporting.
* Communicating with brands and customers for shipment updates, stock swap and payment enquiries.
* Researching and reaching out to potential retail partners.
* Cultivating long-term partnerships with buyers and communicating brand performance regularly.
* Travelling internationally for sales meetings.
* Packing down samples, returning shipments at the end of the selling season. Setting up and managing sample sales twice a year.
* Ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, In Design is a plus. Using Canva or any other software to create regular mailers to customers.
* Proficiency in data management tool knowledge.
* Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment.
* Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently (crucial). Exceptional attention to detail and strong inclination to problem solving.
* Exceptional time management and follow up skills.
* Superior market, trend, product & brand awareness.
* Creative and innovative mind.

* Previous wholesale sales/buying experience is advantageous.
