We don’t acquire existing nurseries, so each of our settings is designed specifically for Early Years and we have the ability to develop the culture within each of our settings from day 1. Role Overview As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in communicating Fennies’ brand messages both internally and externally. You will support the marketing team in producing a wide range of content, from press releases and newsletters to advertising copy, social media posts, and email campaigns. Your ability to understand our unique people and parent branding will be critical as you work to attract families and new talent to our nurseries and to keep our internal teams engaged and informed. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit content for press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and internal communications. Develop engaging and creative copy for flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials. Create social media captions that reflect our brand's voice and engage our audience. Craft responses to online reviews Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for campaigns, promotions, and events. Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all internal content. General Marketing Support: Help with the day-to-day running of marketing activities, including coordination of projects, handling enquiries, and conducting research. Assist with updating website content and ensuring alignment with current campaigns. Support marketing events and initiatives as needed. Required Skills & Experience: Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated experience in creating content for a variety of platforms (social media, email, print, etc.). Understanding of branding, with the ability to align all content with our people branding and occupancy branding strategies. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, as well as basic marketing principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) are a plus but not required.
