As part of our Housekeeping team, you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment they arrive to their room. This will include: Giving guests a warm welcome on arrival Assisting with unloading luggage from cars and coaches Labelling and delivering luggage to guest rooms accurately Escorting guests to their rooms with a smile Supporting the Housekeeping team with linen delivery and collection during changeover days Collecting rubbish left outside rooms to maintain a clean environment Reporting any damages or maintenance issues promptly to your line manager Helping distribute room amenities and gift packs as per room category and guest request What we're looking for: A positive attitude and strong work ethic A team player who takes pride in delivering great service Someone who's happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed Good communication skills and attention to detail Physically able to lift and move luggage and linen Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed A promise to come to work as your whole authentic self Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of who we are and what we do.
