The Vending Operator will cover the London Area as a Relief Cover Operator, providing support and cover for members of the team. Working as part of a small vending team to maintain, restock, and clean vending machines. They will also take on some ad hoc duties as required to cover basic office based duties, and may also carry out some preventative maintenance on the vending machines. Whilst training will be given on equipment, our Vending Operators must be reliable, eager to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and have clear communication skills. The Role – Vending Operator To clean and replenish coffee, snack and cold drinks machines ensuring the hygiene standards are maintained. To ensure machines are fully stocked and monitor to ensure no out of date products. To collect cash from machines when required and return to the depot. To record meter readings, manage stock and visits on the bespoke vending software. To ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by carrying out a broad range of maintenance tasks, making sure all equipment is left in a good working order, with customers briefed on the issue. To execute corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure a high level of machine utilisation. To complete maintenance as required, ensuring customers are briefed on system use prior to leaving site. To complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and supporting documentation as required, ensuring it is reviewed and completed prior to leaving premises, to validate client satisfaction. To complete stock takes of vehicles monthly and carry out daily vehicle checks. To carry out minor fixes where possible and report other jobs to customer services. To comply with onsite procedures and company health and safety procedures, bringing any risks to the attention of company management. What You Will Need In The Role Of Vending Operator A positive can-do attitude Excellent communication skills Full /clean driving licence Experience not essential but desirable, full training will be provided Previous driving/cleaning experience is desirable.
