Job overview
We’d love to welcome you to our integrated therapy team at Buckinghamshire NHS Trust. We are currently recruiting for 2 Band 5 SLTs to join our friendly and innovative team. In this role, you will support children and young people in mainstream schools with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs, including those with EHCP's.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
* Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree qualification or equivalent
* Health Professions Council Licence to Practice
* Registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
* Evidence of continuing professional development and personal development.
SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
* Ability to write detailed reports on patients’ care to ensure interpretation by other professionals and parents
* Ability to negotiate compromises and resolve conflict between staff amicably
* Clear concise verbal and written communication to ensure liaison with multidisciplinary team, patients and carers and to ensure records are kept accurately and in a timely manner
* Knowledge of specific therapy methods and programmes for the treatment of children
