We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and promoting additional products or services.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
3. Upsell products or services to increase revenue
4. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
5. Analyse customer needs to recommend the most suitable solutions
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
7. Communicate effectively in English
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
2. Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
4. Ability to analyse information and solve problems effectively
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,896.01-£28,769.14 per year
