Support HR team with recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full recruitment process from job adverts to on-boarding
* Organising engagement and well-being events
* Maintaining employee records, managing starters and leavers
* Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries
* Updating HR policies
* Providing HRIS expertise, training managers, and reporting data
* Supporting performance management, L&D events, and training records
* Coordinating off-boarding process including exit interviews
Ideal candidate has previous HR experience, CIPD Level 3, and a desire to study Level 5. Local candidate with easy commute to Oxford 4 days a week.
