The role:
* To provide effective leadership and management of a team of people to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* To coach, mentor, and motivate your staff team, creating a positive culture where everyone can achieve their best.
* Develop and implement care and support plans.
* Offer excellent communication skills and encourage people to be innovative in their thinking and work to share ideas and support decision-making.
* Observe and assess staff performance and competencies.
* Liaise with the HR team and adhere to legislative and contractual requirements.
* Adhere to the core values within the organisation, creating a positive, person-centred, and inclusive approach.
