Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

The Role
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, handling queries, and providing top-notch service to both new and existing customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing customer accounts - handling a mix of key and standard accounts, ensuring they receive outstanding service.
2. Processing orders - handling orders from multiple sources, including phone, email, and online portals.
3. Answering customer queries - responding to product inquiries, checking order status, and handling requests for collections.
4. Handling customer complaints - ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
5. Creating quotations - assisting with special product orders and pricing updates.
6. Maintaining customer records - keeping CRM systems updated with notes, pricing, and key details.
7. Providing product advice - offering guidance on specifications and documentation.
8. Generating reports - working alongside IT to provide insights to customers.
9. Coordinating projects - supporting key customer accounts with bespoke service requests.
10. Upselling & cross-selling - identifying opportunities to enhance customer orders.
