* Collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes
* Managing HR related projects as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should:
* Be fluent in French, both written and verbal
* Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and France
* Experience in change management and organisational development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

£50k - £60k + Car Allowance
The role is based in Plymouth with regular travel to Portsmouth, Poole and France!
