To provide a safe and high quality service throughout the facility whilst maintaining good operational procedures and relationships between the service and members of the public.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Building security.
Preparing rooms/areas for use by groups.
Setting up and dismantling equipment as required.
Carrying out routine planned maintenance on equipment.
Monitoring, reporting on and carrying out cleaning/maintenance duties.
Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are complied with.
Undertaking reception duties.
Undertaking general duties.
The Individual
Experience in carrying out basic care and maintenance duties of property.
Working with people
Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Numerate
Aptitude for tidiness
Attention to detail
Prioritises tasks
Ability to follow routines/instructions
Capable of working unsupervised
Able to carry out handyman / basic maintenance duties
Good customer care / people skills
Ability to deal with people in a professional and understanding manner
Ability to lift furniture & equipment

Starting salary: £24,995 (Pro-rata)
£13.26 per hour
