About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Procurement Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring we obtain the highest quality goods and services, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion.
Strong understanding of Source- to-Contract processes.
Strong knowledge of standard buying processes.
Strong knowledge of contract negotiation processes.
Relationships building, influencing, and collaboration skills Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes Project management and execution.
Desired Experiences:
Understanding of facilities operations and real estate construction projects.
Demonstrated sourcing and contract negotiation experience; has led and managed complex sourcing projects, negotiated contracts focused on TCO, not just price.
Understands negotiation process and priorities - managing risk and not just price - other value-added opportunities.
Demonstrated focus on total value and mitigating risk.
Someone who demonstrates limiting liability/risk while creating both monetary and non-monetary value.
Understands procurement and supply chain performance management processes.
Experience establishing robust & detailed scope of work documents, KPIs and SLAs with stakeholders to ensure expectations of supplier are clear and documented.
Global experience is preferred; while majority of work
This role requires a unique blend of procurement expertise (75%) and dedicated involvement in Real Estate initiatives, particularly lease management (25%). You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to make a significant impact on both areas.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
CIPS (or equivalent) or working towards would be desirable but not essential.
