Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team of an established business in Maidenhead on an interim basis.
This role requires an immediate start or a short notice period (1 week max).
If you have any experience using Netsuite, this would be a huge bonus.
THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING (3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE).
Responsibilities:
* Review, raise and verify client invoices, upload invoices into financial system
* Process, code and match purchase invoices and set up invoices for payment
* Process expense reports
* Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
* Bank reconciliations
* Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
* Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure payments are up to date
* Maintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queries
