Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team of an established business in Maidenhead on an interim basis.
This role requires an immediate start or a short notice period (1 week max).
If you have any experience using Netsuite, this would be a huge bonus.
THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING (3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE).
Responsibilities:
1. Review, raise and verify client invoices, upload invoices into financial system
2. Process, code and match purchase invoices and set up invoices for payment
3. Process expense reports
4. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
5. Bank reconciliations
6. Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
7. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure payments are up to date
8. Maintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queries
9. Maintain client POs and credit control
10. Assist with month-end closing
Requirements:
11. Finance System experience (NetSuite)
12. Bookkeeping experience
13. AAT desirable or studier
14. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
15. Organised worker
16. Good attention to detail
