What You Will Be Working On
As part of our payroll team, you'll:
* Run the numbers - Process end-to-end payroll efficiently and accurately.
* Solve payroll puzzles - Investigate and resolve payroll queries.
* Be the go-to guru - Answer employee queries about pay, leave, and entitlements.
* Keep us compliant - Interpret and apply our agreement correctly.
* Spot the trends - Develop reports and insights which will support financial decision-making and ensure compliance.
* Make things better - Contribute to payroll and HR projects that drive our employee experience and improve efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in processing end-to-end payroll in medium to large organisations, with a solid understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
* Experience in interpreting and applying industrial awards and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions efficiently.
* A clear and professional communication style who enjoys working with others.
