SEN Teacher – Bromley, London Salary: £28,000 – £58,000 per annum Contract: Full-time | Permanent Start Date:September 2025 Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently seeking an inspiring and empathetic SEN Teacher to join a nurturing and forward-thinking school in Bromley, South East London. The Role: As a SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN. Develop and implement EHCPs in collaboration with external professionals and families. Use a range of innovative teaching strategies and interventions to support learning and development. Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment, encouraging independence and confidence. Monitor progress and maintain detailed records of pupil achievements and needs. Lead and support LSAs and classroom assistants to ensure a consistent and effective approach. Who We’re Looking For: We welcome applications from: Experienced SEN Teachers with a proven track record in special education. Mainstream teachers with a strong understanding of SEN and a passion for inclusive education. ECTs/NQTs with SEN experience and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learners with additional needs. You should have: QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification. A solid understanding of various special educational needs and strategies for support. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with pupils, families, and colleagues. A patient, compassionate, and reflective attitude. The ability to inspire and engage learners through creativity, structure, and encouragement.
