Who are we looking for?
Based out of our central Bristol office but with hybrid remote working and regular travel across the South-West and West Midlands, we are looking for an established BD Professional, ideally with an existing network across the NHS and associated healthcare providers in the region.
Ideally with prior experience of Business Development specific to recruitment activities, you will drive the growth of our NHS Trust Client portfolio across the region. The role will take on responsibility for identification, approach and relationship building with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, engaging recruiting line managers across the facilities, engineering and support services teams.
You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to front the Client relationships at all levels, outstanding sales ability to close out opportunities and first-rate communication to convert those opportunities to tangible vacancies within our Delivery units.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of referral plans for Fusion People Services throughout the South-West and West Midlands to ensure NHS referring managers are engaged.
1. Relationship development across the NHS Trusts and Associated Service Providers.
2. Strategic Business Development across multiple functions within the NHS Environment.
3. Development and growth of referrals into our recruitment Delivery Unit against KPIs.
4. Client Relationship Management on an ongoing basis.
5. Generate the required mix of contract referrals across all Fusion People skills covered.
6. Advise on Business Development planning within the Fusion People Group.
7. Undertake a range of Business Development activities including in-person, direct and virtual.
