As a Principal Engineer for Human Factors Development, you will be responsible for providing technical direction to engineers and supporting the delivery of safety cases. You will also be involved in assessing functional design and providing qualification and evidence for acceptance, fitness for purpose, legislative requirements, and safety.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have CEng or equivalent level of capability and a degree in Human Factors or Psychology. Previous experience of writing assessments and safety reports, as well as influencing and managing stakeholders at different levels, is also essential.
