Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 12 months Working hours: Monday-Friday, varied shifts between 8 am and 6 pm As Inpatient Bookings Administrator, you will be responsible to maintain an efficient admissions booking system for all in-patients and day-case patients. Duties and responsibilities (not limited): Liaise with patients and all other hospital departments to ensure full and accurate communication regarding the patients’ admission and stay in Spire Cheshire Hospital Liaise with Consultants, patients and all other hospital departments to ensure full and accurate communication regarding the patients’ admission and stay in Spire Cheshire Hospital Ensure systems are in place for smooth processing of all NHS referrals including waiting list transfers ensuring all breach dates are met Receive and process all bookings for admissions and reserve beds and theatre time accordingly Communicate any relevant information regarding the patients’ stay to the appropriate hospital department eg.
