About the Role: Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the needs of students with SEMH challenges. Build strong, trusting relationships with students to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Work as part of a collaborative, dedicated team to ensure students receive the best possible educational and emotional support. Support students who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, or poor mental health, helping them to re-engage with education and develop confidence. Use strong behavior management strategies to foster a structured and positive classroom environment. What We’re Looking For: A fully qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching secondary-aged students. Someone who is resilient, compassionate, and patient, with a passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning. Experience working with students who have SEMH needs or in an alternative provision setting is highly desirable. A teacher who can inspire, motivate, and engage students through creative and adaptable teaching strategies. The Offer: Full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, term-time only).
