Job Description - Regional Operations Executive (15386)
We are recruiting for a Regional Operations Executive to join the easyJet holidays Customer & Operations Team.
As a Regional Operations Executive, you’ll assist our Regional Operations Managers in their work with our destination partners (such as hotels and transfer services) to deliver on quality expectations and address any operational challenges.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating training for partners.
2. Monitoring quality metrics.
3. Identifying areas for improvement.
4. Implementing action plans based on customer feedback.
5. Ensuring crisis management protocols are in place.
6. Providing operational support during incidents.
7. Managing contact lists and overseeing processes like construction reporting.
8. Documenting procedures for clarity and consistency.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We are looking for somebody who is dedicated to customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience. You'll need excellent Microsoft Office skills, be confident in addressing challenging discussions with suppliers, be comfortable providing feedback, and be proactive in driving improvements.
This role would be great for you if you have experience with crisis management, emergency response, or contingency planning. The role also requires calmness and confidence when handling challenging situations, and a focus on effective service recovery.
Other important skills include project management, the ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple projects at once, and the ability to produce high-quality presentations.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
