Job Title: 2 x Plant Supervisors

Location: Weston Super Mare

Salary: ~ £50,000 per year

Reports To: Production Manager

My client is on the lookout for two motivated and experienced Plant Supervisor to join their team in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a background in plant operations, specifically within the recycling sector, and who is passionate about supervising production lines and inspiring their team. As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the performance of three key processing lines, overseeing plant operations and supporting the overall production process.
