IT Sales Executive – Cyber Security
Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Commission

About the Role: As an IT Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales of IT security and compliance solutions.
Whether you have previous experience in IT security sales or a strong background in B2B sales and are keen to break into the sector, this role will give you the platform to grow, develop, and earn high commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
2. Manage and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
3. Optimise sales processes, qualify leads, and attend client meetings.
4. Cross-sell and upsell across multiple cyber security product lines.
5. Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts.
6. Deliver compelling sales presentations (both in person and remotely).
7. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM systems are updated.
8. Stay up to date with IT security trends, compliance requirements, and industry developments.
9. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Who We’re Looking For:
1. Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record in developing new business.
2. Confidence in selling and cross-selling solutions and products.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
4. Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
5. Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
6. Previous experience in IT security, governance, or compliance sales is an advantage but not essential.
