Your role is at the core of our mission's success within the IMDS OMC. You'll be on the frontline, supporting our customers by booking appointments and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers is pivotal. Additionally, you'll assist in driving social media campaigns that can generate more appointments for our customers.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, scheduling metering appointments, and gaining valuable insights into their concerns. These insights will be crucial for refining our services.
* Maintain up-to-date systems and databases, providing valuable analysis to various stakeholders to aid in performance management reviews, ensuring we meet our service level agreements (SLAs).
